المجالات ذات الاهتمام

العلاقة بين الإسلام والثقافة المحلية؛ العلاقات بين الشرق الأوسط وجنوب شرق آسيا في المجال الديني. الإسلام في هولندا وجزر الهند الشرقية، والإسلام في إندونيسيا.

يقوم بتدريس بعض الدورات التمهيدية في الدراسات الإسلامية، مثل مقدمة لدراسة الإسلام وبالطبع مقدمة للقرآن والحديث. وعلى المستوى MA أعطي ندوة حول فتاوى (النصائح الدينية) التي تركز على اندونيسيا. المزيد عن ، والإسلام في إندونيسيا.
