Aaron W. Hughes

ولد في 15 آب عام 1968في كندا

تلقى درجة البكالوريوس (مع مرتبة الشرف) في الدراسات الدينية في جامعة ألبرتا في عام 1993,

وبعد ذلك، ذهب إلى قسم الدراسات الدينية في جامعة إنديانا في بلومينغتون، حيث حصل على درجة الماجستير عام 1995 والدكتوراه عام 2000,

رئيس قسم الدراسات اليهودية في قسم الدين والكلاسيكية في جامعة روتشستر.

ومن 2001-2009، أستاذ الدراسات الدينية في جامعة كالجاري ، ألبرتا، كندا.

مدير قسم الفلسفة اليهودية في العصور الوسطى، جمعية الدراسات اليهودية (AJS)

مشارك رئيسي في الدراسة اليهودية ، الأكاديمية الأمريكية للدين (AAR) .
