كاتب ايطالي و باحث متخصص بتاریخ الإسلام الشیعي المعاصر و بالجیوبولیتیکا الإیرانیة والعراقیة. حصل على الدكتوراه في «التمدن الإسلامي: تاریخ و لغات» من جامعة روما «لا سابينزا» عام ۲۰۰۹.
حصل على الجائزة العالمية لكتاب العام للجمهورية الاسلامية الايرانية عام ۲۰۱۳،
فرع الدراسات الشيعية، لکتابه "اخلاف اسرة النبي في التاريخ المعاصر" (فابريزيو للنشر، روما) (السادات، والهيئات الدينية الشيعية من سكان النجف أشرف).
يجيد اللغة الايطالية ( الام ) واللغة العربية والفارسية والانجليزية والفرنسية والاسبانية .
وهو أحد مؤسسي مجموعة أبحاث العلاقات الدولية والعلوم الإسلامية (coiris.org).
ويعمل حاليا في كلية الدراسات العالمية بجامعة طهران وفي كلية الأدب الفارسي واللغات الأجنبية في جامعة العلامة الطباطبائي.
