David Penchansky

عضو هيئة التدريس في جامعة سانت توماس، مينيسوتا، قسم اللاهوت،

الحياة المبكرة :

ولد في بروكلين، نيويورك في 3 ديسمبر 1951.

حصل على بكالوريوس العلوم في كلية كوينز، جامعة مدينة نيويورك في عام 1974، ماجستير في اللغات التوراتية من جمعيات اللاهوت اللاهوتي في عام 1980 في ودكتوراه من جامعة فاندربيلت كلية الدراسات العليا في العبرية الكتاب المقدس في عام 1988.

وكانت أطروحته التنازل في الوظيفة: وزن الصراع الأدبي واللاهوتي.

في عام 1980، انضم الى كلية الإنجيل كمدرب وغادر في عام 1984 وانضم إلى جامعة كنتاكي الغربية في عام 1985 كأستاذ مساعد، حيث كان يدرس للسنوات الأربع المقبلة.

في عام 1989، التحق بقسم اللاهوت في جامعة سانت توماس.
